Our mission at Atlanta Center for Breast and Aesthetic Surgery is to provide you with the best care possible. For those of you with health insurance, we will be happy to find out what are your maximum allowable benefits. To ensure that you receive these benefits, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment policy.
Cosmetic Clients
If the procedure that you are interested in having is not considered medically necessary, we ask that you make a full payment for the procedure two weeks prior to the date that it is scheduled. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. If you are not able to obtain financing for the cosmetic procedure you desire, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right lender, specifically for the cosmetic client. We currently participate with the following lenders:

Reconstructive Clients
For those of you with health insurance, we will be happy to find out what your maximum allowable benefits are and ensure that you receive them. Claims for all services will be submitted to your insurance provider unless they have informed us that your procedure is not covered. All co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles are the patient’s responsibility and will be billed to you by our office.
If we are considered out-of-network with your insurance company, as a courtesy we will submit the claim for surgery on your behalf, but we do not accept payment from them as payment in full. You are responsible for your out-of-network deductible, co-insurance and any balance remaining. All payments are due two weeks before your scheduled surgery. Payment for office visits is due at the time of service. An itemized bill will be provided to you so you may submit the charges to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If insurance is not an option for you, then we will be happy to discuss your options and assist you in obtaining financing.
